INSCYD Power Performance Decoder

Our most comprehensive assessment — a full 360° analysis of your physiological performance profile. Covers VO2max, anaerobic threshold, lactate accumulation and recovery rates, fat and carbohydrate combustion, and aerobic vs. anaerobic energy contribution, with full performance projections.

Basic Assessment

A structured field test covering functional threshold power/pace, power-to-weight ratio, and a full report with heart rate and power/pace training zones.

Body composition analysis

Skinfold measurement, body-stat analysis, and a full report.

Genetic Testing

Comprehensive health and wellness genetic testing from 3X4 Genetics. Find out your strengths and areas to focus on to make you a better athlete.


Coaching Packages

All coaching plans include a personal premium TrainingPeaks account and an individually customised training programme.

All plans are available for cyclists (road, gravel, MTB), runners, and triathletes.

Everything in Basic, plus daily workout emails, monthly file analysis, monthly programme adjustment, and one coach-initiated call per month to review your progress.

Our most hands-on coaching plan. Weekly file analysis, weekly programme adjustments, one weekly call with your coach, and training zones updated dynamically as your fitness evolves.

Best for athletes who want close, responsive coaching and frequent feedback.

1-on-1 Consultations

For self-coached athletes who want an expert eye on their data. We'll analyse your workout files, discuss your training approach, and help you identify what's working and what to change.
