Ba Dira Mmogo also started Kaofela Reltlagona Women’s Health Program, which provides a safe place for women to exercise, learn about holistic health and leadership development. In both these places the principles required to be successful and growing in health through sport and exercise are used to encourage transformation to other areas of their lives and their communities.
Trevor is excited by the potential to use sport as a vehicle for change in South Africa, translating the lessons we learn through sport into the rest of life, bringing people together and creating opportunities within the sport industry together. He hopes to be part of growing a movement of sports people who want to do More than Sport.
